The clocks got set back... So it's 1 of 2 things. The party changes are on a 24 hour timer and not tied to the current time.... Or the server/code that handles this didn't have its clock set back yet. Either way it would take a maintenance to force it live, which is what they probably don't want to do. So most likely it will revert back to normal by the next hunt.
