ATA is saying the parties switched early yesterday due to time change. Clocks switched Sunday morning, so Sundays should have been affected too in my opinion. And 12pm is 12pm to me, it would have just ended at 23hrs of POTD versus the 24. If they have a full 24 it should have ended and switched at 1pm Sunday as well as yesterday not at 11am. Who knows?

That being said, be alert that POTD could either 1) switch at 11am PST, 2) Switch at 12pm PST, 3) Be forgotten/old POTD.

Nearly 3 hours (or 2 if early) before switch SHOULD occur
