  12. active-ness is a good reason but avatars? that's stupid. plus if they hire an active tutor. the tutor can always go inactive. when the tutor is op'd and inactive it's hard to sell unless you're trading something good for it. not everyone hires based on activeness as well, when i quit i was op'd when i came back with no tutor it took about 2 months of upgrading for someone to finally hire me.
