(Alright, so to clarify things... There is more than one killer, each one setting up different things at the scene of the crime. The rp will start 3 days after the body has been found. The detectives have nothing special about them, as they are everyday regular people, other than the fact they get paid good money for their work. Finally, there is only one head detective per agency, the ones who run that particular agency. So please, if these contradict with your skelly, alter them slightly.)
