I have hormonal oily skin. I have a good skincare routine, relatively healthy diet and good levels of water intake. I've tried various ways but it just wouldn't help. I use oil free moisturiser with a good toner everyday. I've tried using benzo peroxide formula but it just didn't go too well with my skin after about 2 years of reliance so I stopped it. I eat a good amount of veggies and drink at least 3 litres worth of plain water or unsweetened tea. I have to blot my face every two hours or so. I live in a hot and humid climate but work in an air conditioned environment. Please advise on ways to keep my skin less oily. Thank you. ️
Are you vlogger? Let me subscribe yours pls ?? Im always confused bout the techniques of mixing of the contouring, highlighting and blush on. They dont mix well nor create flawless makeup. Oh yes i use the creamy powder cos my skin is bit oily, should i change it into liquid contouring? And should i use setting spray or just powder after all done? Thx : )
To add more shine use the olive oil treatment I've talked about. Or you can also mash up bananas add a little olive oil and Use that as a hair mask leave it in at least 20 minutes to insure it works leave it in over night with a cap and a towel wrapped around your head
Use lemon as a toner, rinse it off after 30- 45 seconds. Apply coconut oil as a moisturizer. If during the day you get oily, I suggest using sephoras oil papers to blot it away. The green ones are my favorite. If you don't see any improvement I suggest you see a skin care doctor and she might put you on a certain medication. You become oily because you have over active sebaceous glands. Try my tips and if there's no improvement find a skin care doctor to advise you to something stronger
Yes I have a vlog I'll message you to tell you the name and I prefer liquid and using powder to set itI have s video coming soon on that
Try some shampoo that's directed to frizz. My favorite is the Eufora aloe therapy frizz free shampoo and conditioner, Google a salon that sells it and also ask about the kms humidity spray. That stuff works wonders. Light spray but it hold down the hair and keeps it smooth
I'm not a beauty expert, But I've found that braiding my very curly and thick hair while its still damp helps with the frizziness and helps with straightening it later. Also invest in a good heat protectant spray and a good quality flat iron.
