  2. Scamming isn't a violation of the rules which is why it can't be reported. You can be more careful about trades instead and take more precautions. ?

  10. This is correct. Scamming is not a violation. For future trades make sure you know the person who you are trading with and make sure they are a trusted person. You can also ask that the person send their item first to avoid scamming. Furthermore, you can take the option of trading with people who are at the same stats or close to the same stats so that you are able to farm them if you are scammed. Good luck in future trades  locking.
