General Overview for Organizing First War v3.14

Congrats on trying to coordinate your first war!

Here's some general information you might want to include when you announce a war:

1. Location(s):

name the club(s) involved in the war so people know where they should be headed should they choose to participate. With that said, you could also have sign-ups and place players into teams or let the players choose which side they'd like to participate on.

2. Type of war:

let the community know how long your planned war will take! this is important to many players as most players have to report to home clubs. Also, let people know whether the roster will be locked or unlocked.

3. Stats:

include the range of stats you want involved in the war.

4. Rules:

list any rules you might want to have. Some rules include a restriction of dns, refraining from strip farming, or disallowing outside hits (to name a few).
