Correct, the three horses seen on the TV are in fact Walter (with the beard and aviators) Donny, and Lebowski himself lol
My Little Pony threw a hardcore Big Lebowski reference in that episode. I give Kudos to those little horses
They're legit in a bowling alley in that scene on the cartoon haha never expected them to shout out The Dude like that haha
I think cartoons do reference episodes like that to give a kick to the the old folk watching them lol
