  1. No flashy thread sorry guys

Looking back at when you started this game to now... What really keeps you here?

Granted Ata puts out new hunts none stop but does this game only feel repetitive? Do we really get anything that is such a great new we get excited? At 1st I've seen players liking the b2b hunts but not so much now.

Is this game lacking interest now to you? For me it is holding very little interest. Nothing new or big comes out that is really fun anymore.

What in pimd keeps you playing? Do you stay here just to wastes time irl? How much longer do you see yourself playing, if we have no game changes to mix things up a bit? Lastly... Do you like the direction this game is going now days?

  2. tbh, this game isn't interesting anymore, it hasn't been for a while now cause it's always the same crap with the hunts, the same wannabe trolls (bring back kelon, at least he was fun), the same thirsty kids running campus looking for inappropriate things.

People wanna say cat cafe ruined this game, but for me, it's the ongoing hunts which gives you really no option to even not do unless you go inactive cause now they're back to back to back to back. The rs button also brought it down a little bit, the loss of war and the extreme decline of pvp brought it down even more.

The only reason I stay here, is for the friends I've made in the past almost 3 years being here. They're what keeps me here.

  3. :) ^

  4. I come on once or twice a day to read forums and every great once and a while i war this game has been dead to me for a very long time

  8. Few people who are cool and stuff  otherwise it sucks balls here. And whatever the smart dude said up there somewhere

  9. My humble thoughts:

For a game to be sustainable, it has to constantly attracts new players to replace the players who left the game over time.

To achieve that, developers create events throughout the year to keep the game interesting and challenging.

However, this leads to events-fatigue of players who feel they can't slow down as to lose out / can't catch up on event items.

Once most players realized that we need not participate in all events, the game will reach a new equilibrium where it's more fun and less stressful.

The game cannot survive without the addicted players. Nor can it survive without new players.

Now the main question: Will players be willing to just take part in events just because they like them and not due to peer-pressure of not wanting to lose out?

Once we developed this new mentality, only will the game achieve longevity.

No one forces us to play this game.

No one forces us to participate in events too.

    Happy gaming. 

  10. Agreed.
Ill also add for me its the idea that i may finally bc after 4 years... i keep coming back for the people and connections. And the occasional wars

  11. Games change. It's quite obvious the direction this one is going in. It's been that way for a long time and every change made proves it.

I like the events. I think it's funny that lots of older players get mad. The bottom line is, you don't have to participate. Still, with all the complaints they give nonstop, even knowing they're being ignored, they're still here, most are still buying DNs and ec, supporting the apes they can't stand.

For those who say they stay just for friends, you're silly. If you hate the app that much, you'd get the friend's email or 3rd party info and uninstall Pimd. You stay bc you're addicted.

  12. ?I only came back for the forums

  13. Support

  14. The people.

  15. A balance of parties and pvp would be great. But to be fair, the people interested in pvp are the minority and it's hard getting newer players to appreciate pvp especially when a lot of farmers trashtalk with their hits.

I miss beta wars. It was a great way to meet friends. It was like speed dating except you got to hit the person on the other side of the table.

I think most people are here for the people. PIMD is a quick way to interact with lots of different people. There's so much negativity around though and I wish people respected each other more.

There are 13 -16 year olds around now and they're allowed to stay. They've always been around but now they can make themselves known which is scary. If they must stay, I just wish the rules would be tighter to keep our players safe.

A lot of our players need to lighten up too. I sometimes catch myself getting too serious with the game and that isn't right. So there. 

  16. It isn't as interesting as when i first started. I keep playing bc i want to be on the VIP board/list but i do believe my interest will run out before then. I could see myself staying until my year mark but not after

  17. Forums, & the people ?
