Heart Treatment for Thy Self

  1. Bitter all of the sudden? Well, you're probably just a victim of what we call "FOREVER". You fell for such a word that may/ may not exist. You fell so hard even though you're not quite sure if that person will catch you. Actually, based on my experience, it's not easy to move on but, it is do-able. So, here are some tips for you to escape the bitterness and move on:

    1. If the heart break's still fresh, cry it all out. Let your emotions wander!
    2. Reminisce the good times but, this time remember not to cry because you should look at the brighter side of things.
    3. Eat a lot. Eating can temporarily cure broken hearts.( Don't each too much though or your heart will totally go broke LOL)
    4. After eating a bunch of food. Make yourself a better person. Don't say that if the person loves you, he or she loves you for who you are. You should change for that person to make that love last.
    5. Leave the town for a moment. Go treking, spelunking or whatever. Just leave the memories behind.
    6. Get back to the memories and let it be a "lesson learned"
    And the last step is, do not close your heart. Keep it open because not all guys/girls are like him/her.
    Put this in mind, no matter how much you hate the person that hurt you before, he/she gave you the happiness you deserved even though it was temporary.
