This would never happen, ata wants money if people just traded them from party drops and so on they won't make anything, and if players who spend money on regular basis give it to others who might pay for a cat but other wise won't then they lose the possible income while not gaining much from regulars

  11. Again, there are regulars who buy cars constantly anyways, so there would be no increase of income to ata only a decrease of possible income since people who don't normally spend money won't pay for a cat if someone can send it to them
