It's more than just rs. There are also tut bonuses and item bonuses to take into account. Changing rs bonuses is ridiculous. Go get yourself a higher rs partner and buy high level tuts instead.

I'm saying all 4 (your stats, rs stats, tut stats and item stats) add up the whole picture. No need to eliminate or limit any. You need to build them all as much as you can to the most that you can for each.
The stat balance is fine. You get 10% of their stats they get 10% of yours. Just date a higher stat like they do.
I understand your frustrations on this. It doesn't seem very fair of a system, but there it is. More players enjoy the unbalance I think and therefore, it probably won't change. Unfortunately, adapting is all you can do for now.
Yep I agree..when there was still beta wars I was with no rs, I couldn't hit most of the people making me totally worthless in war without that bonus.
