Items and jobs

If you mean Misc bonuses, I believe only they aid to help you defend and attack fights, dances, pranks and eavesdrops, like tb. I think Only your stats (kcs ie strength and intelligence) help you with jobs....I think

I'm not sure about parties. But having max plunder (kcs x 15m) gets you more money. But having bigger stats does move the bars better hence the term 'big hitters needed'
