When making a new account the player starts with 5 speakers, it should be zero. The players name is also white in chat. After a complete restart of the app, the player is given another 5 speakers and their name will now appear the proper grey in chat. This starts a new player off with 10 speakers which encourages spamming, etc. Just tested this twice on ios.
In no way am I seeing an obvious answer as to why you are positive the support team doesn't look at this forum other than the the usual ata bashing that goes on here.
Have you seen a PvP thread ever get a response? No I haven't either. They'll look at things to make more money buy won't fix things unless it affects their income.
