  11. I'm assuming you're trying to recover your previous account.

    In order to recover a lost account, email support@athinkingape.com

    They will ask a series of questions:

    • Game and username
    • Club
    • Date you created the account (month and year)
    • Date you last logged in (day/month/year)
    • Location you last logged in (city, state/province, country)
    • Type and model of device last played on

    Answer them to the best of your abilities and include as much information as you can. Good luck!
