Most Avacist are usually Role Players / Underaged Players. Role Players Like a certain Avatar For their Roles. Unlike Underaged Players, They Like Certain avatars because They Are "Cute". They Think the Players Behind The screen look like their avatars.

It's also known as human psychology. You naturally tend to lean towards things you find appealing. All cheap avatars are designed to look worse than the other ones, obviously. And the vast majority of players are "Avacists". I doubt you'll find a lot of players who don't just judge a person by their stats or Avatar.
