  5. How can a player be unsilenced if he or she has permenantally silenced in second time of voilation of rules?

  6. The player would need to appeal his or her case by e-mailing support@athinkingape.com with their username, game (PIMD) and what the issue is and why they believe they should be unsilenced. They are the only ones who can determine if that request may be granted or not :)

  16. There should be one in the strategy section of forums, but..I can tell you how much you need to pay:
    Level 1: 10b
    Level 2: 9.5b
    Level 3: 12b
    Level 4: 15b

    As a side note, I know that most people who are still upgrading choose to skip t5 altogether. They go from t4l2 straight to t6.
