5 at the most. Up at 5am to go to work and i have too much to do at home to sleep any earlier than 12, that includes weekends too. I work alternate shifts at work so when I'm on nights I sleep from 7am to 11am. My sleeping pattern is well and truly messed up.
Usually 4-7 hours. I want to have 8-10 hours of sleep though. School is boring as it is. I don't need a detention for sleeping in class. Lmao.
Well finals are this week. So my sleep schedule consist of when I'm not studying or at football practice ?
