Well if you've only gotten like 3 hours of sleep for a entire week I'm pretty sure after like 2-3 days you start getting them... Tho I heard you can't really tell when you get em. Ehhh
I sleep from 2-4 am then shower and work at six, come back home and sleep from 11-1 and then go back until 6 pm. Repeat cycle. 4 hours. Split into 2 naps. And I want 7-8 hours.
I thought you meant like take random naps on purpose, but yes, a few approx 5 min ones while reading something . And not 3 over an entire week, but 3 a night.
Around 6-7, and I never want to sleep, cuz sleep shuts the mind down and leaves it vulnerable to attacks

5-8 on week days, 7-12 on weekends. I'd like to get 8-10 on weekdays and at most 10 hours on weekends.
