Max Plunder means you get the most money when you hit a party... Meaning you can't make more than that till you upgrade?

Max plunder is the most amount of money you can make per hit. To reach max plunder you want 15m x your kcs in tutors. Overall this will increase your plunder by approximately 2x per hit.

The plunder is the income you receive from fighting and dancing or whatever action that is the equivalent when partying. Max plunder is the maximum plunder you can receive from those actions at your stat. In order to reach it, you need to invest a certain amount in tuts according to your stats.
I work also it would of been the same amount of time to look for the guide cause it's stickyed so it's right in front of ur eyes...
