This is somthing my father told me lasts night. (I'm not good at bb codes so don't expect a grand enterance to all my threads?) Here's the scenario: (It's about time travel read the title) You went back in time and shot your grandparents(NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD?) and they died. What would happen? You might say 'Well... Nothing...' But think about it. If you grandparents are dead you Wouldent even be born! You Wouldent exist! How would you be able to do that if that was fate?? If that was fate how would you even be able to do that? You Wouldent be born because that was you fate. How would that effect things? Post what you think would happen. It's the art of time travel. If you don't understand re-read. If you still don't I'll explain once more. This really just mind-boggles me when you think about it.? Ugh. It gave me a headache? And I couldn't get sleep because so kept thinking about it?
Technically if you're traveling via a time machine you wouldn't be able to travel any further back than when the machine was first built
You'd go back in time, they'd die and you, your cousins, your uncles and aunts and your parents/brothers and sisters would simply fade away and no one would remember anyone because they never really existed. You're welcome.
Well say this is in the WAY future where you can pretty much to anything that involves space. Like 3000 or somthin. Just a example the year dosent really matter.
You wouldn't be a new person because you never existed. Your body would basically disintegrate. You're just ashes of nothing, then your ashes would burn. You'd be absolutely nothing and you'd go nowhere.
There's no way to know. You wouldnt be able to kill your grandparents because it means it would have already happened which would've prevented you from being born thus not being able to go back in time to kill them.

But how would we? If we killed them we Wouldent even exist. And that means we couldn't have done it!
They say messing with the past alters the future. So wouldn't that mean we should be able to mess with the past including the people in it? ? Dun mess with my emotions, lah.
