Only the owner of your club can make you an admin. Most clubs will not give you admin if you beg for it. I would suggest being a supportive active member in the club and show why you would be agood admin. Ultimately the decision is up to the owner.

You cannot gift a club, you have to make a club YOURSELF by using 200million.
You cannot change club announcement which is also known as CA because you are not an admin nor an owner. To become an admin you have to be loyal to your club and the owner will promote you to an admin
