I would recommend putting mates in your dorm rooms. Join a club that is enjoyable so you want to come online. After you upgrade, save up and start putting in 37-38 mill in tuts.
Look at different clubs. Most would let in lower stat players if they plan to grow. Talk to your pupil and guides in the forums is a great reference as stated above.
