At your stats, don't ask for a volley: people get annoyed. For every hire you get, you only get 1million. If you party, war, fight or dance you can earn more.
You are op (overpriced), you don't need a volley. People only volley you if you're new so you can get a little bit of money. As jiggy said, there is a range of other ways to get money which would be more of use to you.♡
Being volleyed is not the most effective way of making money. I would recommend partying for money. To party, join a club, and hit the party. If you can, I would recommend joining Cat Cafe or Pizza Pop (Art) because they pay the most. You will get money once the party is successfully completed. Once you earn the money, and probably before too, check out some of the threads in the strategy section of forums This guide explains how to get started I'd check it out first.
