So you ask for fitness help but lie about your height knowing that BMI requires height and that the person on page 1 probably calculated it wrong because he/she thought you were 5'3". You lie about a ton of crap and you still manage to lie on this thread, a thread where you're asking for help. I'm not really scolding you, I just think you're something else
You look fine, there is nothing wrong with your build. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. Start doing some weights if you wanna tone up.
My suggestion if you want to lose fat and gain lean muscle is eat foods like black beans and rice combined, lots of protein there. Also you want the red, yellow, green and purple fruits and veggies. That's the "lose weight" part. Gaining lean muscle, especially waist up, is lots of reps with small weights, like 5 lbs. You don't want to get huge muscles, you can't wipe your own backside after a point. This is just a suggestion.
