Not the worst, people 30 years from now will find him the best. My only issue with the dude is the immigration policies, we all want freedom, why not let those innocent people have it? Us americans are ungreatful for how easy it is to love here, no one can be broke here, the government is always paying you with a welfare check and ebt and other stuff. Actually ...it's Congress that passes everything .. The president is just a figure...Congress has the power to pass or veto any bill or law ...they're the ones to fault.
Congress can't veto a bill. They can kill it but the veto is a presidential power. Don't forget that a president does have to sign a bill into law. Congress can override a veto, but its hard to do.

Obama isn't the worst President. I would make the case Andrew Johnson was the worst President. He took over after Lincoln was assassinated. At his inaugural address, he was drunk. A divided congress during the reconstruction period thought Johnson was so bad that they went over his head to pass bills without his approval, and deny his veto power. Johnson was also impeached and only held onto his presidency by a single vote. Spit, every US president following Kennedy, except for Clinton, has left office in more debt than their predecessor.
