"I love riddles and puzzles, so just before my dad died, he left me a trail to follow through the tunnels. I had been stuck on a particular clue before I realised that the area he hid it in became off limits to everyone after he died. I just picked up the next clue when the ceiling collapse on top of me." Maeve says, tears forming in her eyes again.
"I know," Maeve says quietly, "but I owe it to him to finish the hunt." She looks across at the mirror.
"I had the note in my hand when it fell. You didn't pick it up did you? They couldn't find it." Maeve says quietly.
Maeve turned over and took it, turning it over in her hands. Tears started forming in her eyes again, but she was smiling.
"You actually kept it the same." Maeve says before pushing him back on the bed gently and kissing him.
