sleep.

  1. It's just about 2 am where I'm at right now, and this is a nightly occurrence, I can never sleep.

I like most people probably do 75% of my over analyzing when I lay down in bed, but even when I'm not over thinking or pondering whatever.. I still can not for the life of me fall asleep.

Sometimes I put on the worst movie I can find on Netflix in hopes that it will bore me to a deep sleep, or I put on that stupid sound machine thing that's supposed to make you envision yourself sleeping on a goddamn beach (my sister insisted I try this). But neither seem to work too well in my favor, and I just get more pissed.

I'm just rambling really, but I dunno.. Anything that helps anyone sleep? If you got suggestions.

Or just be annoying which is bound to happen. 

  2. Meh.

    Same probs.

Just...try to get all warm and comfy. It helps.

  3. My bedtime is 12:00 but since I'm a rebel I sleep at 12:01

  4. You snap and fall asleep?! ? Teach me your ways.

You know I seem to have that problem where I'm either too hot or too cold, so I try to do that awkward thing where half my body is under the blankets and my feet are poking out.. Then I just get scared something will grab my feet and a new problem has arrived. 

  5. Try a really loud fan. The hum of the blades is like white noise and it luls you to sleep and the cool air is nice leaves me freezing.

  6. ^ I'll try that. 
Honestly, I have no idea. My sleeping habits are something terrible lately.

  7. I take zopiclone for my insomnia 
    So I basically cheat

  8. Meh. Pills scare me. I won't even take Tylenol. Don't you get drowsy?

  9. Work your ass off all day
    Get tired
And you'll sleep like a baby
    Or
Stop using your device/pc/laptop or whatever you use, your sleeping pattern will improve.
When I wasnt on pimd I'd go to bed at 8, sleep by 8:30-9

  10. Drink warm milk?

  11. I work two jobs everyday except Sunday and Monday. So working 14hrs plus, isn't enough to make me tired.

I surprisingly don't spend too much time on here, or on my phone in general.

Good advice though. ️appreciate your input.

  12. Lol that's the point, with my anxiety I need something to shut down my body haha.
But one thing I swear works is by reading a dull sort of book. You're working your eyes, distracting your brain but also not overthinking at the same time.
And a cup of tea ️

  13. I mean like drowsy through the next day?

Tea though  That might be nice before I lay down. Thanks Birdy.

  14. Oh it's good ️ it doesn't make me drowsey.

  15. Interesting. Maybe I'll look into it ️
