When you're paralysed close your eyes and imagine a place when you want to go and the next thing you know you're there. The worst thing you can do is open your eyes during sleep paralysis
Sleep paralysis happened to me, and that was some scary shit.... I was having a nightmare that someone was trying to get into my house and was outside my window and I couldn't move I kept trying to move but I couldn't I started having a panic attack and everything because I wanted to check on my doors and I couldn't move at all...was awful... And the person who posted the projection isn't me
I have had maybe three lucid dreams? I have clinical insomnia so when I do get sleep it's whacked up. The first time, I kinda knew I was dreaming but I couldn't do much about it. I woke up pretty fast. Second lasted longer, tried to take some control of my dream but I honestly just woke up with a headache. Third I got some control, but more general, I couldn't control specific things. So kinda improving.
I almost always know when I'm dreaming,it's weird for me but I know it happens and whenever I try to control it I am in a nightmare. And anyone ever had a multi nightmare? Like I kept having the nightmare of two girls being struck by lightning outside my window in the hall, one time I woke up after it,walked into the hall, checked the window and i was still in the nightmare. I had to go thru it 7 times before I woke up
Ugh yess!! I've had those, you get like this false sense of relief and then have to go through it all again
Im a lucid dreamer at times. Not lately really but before I have been able to accomplish that relatively easily.
Megan it's easy to learn it. If you know how to do it you can pretty much do anything. Emphasis on anything lol. Never open your eyes during sleep paralysis EVER
I have a few times, when I was younger. I think. I didn't know how to control them if so. There'd be times hen I was dreaming, then I'd wake up, only my eyes never opened cause they never closed. I'd be staring at the ceiling in my dream, then the giant spider or whatever was on the curling would disappear and is be awake. It was weird but eh. It'd be nice to try it now but it isn't worth trying I don't think. Dreams are dreams.
Sleep paralysis is the absolute worst, because I would be unable to move and if I'm lucky I could twitch my leg or open one of my eyes. It also feels like I can't breathe normally and it sucks. It normally lasts about 6 mins.
Lucky y'all I be having future. Dreams. Its sum. Creepy **** lik for real they all come true weeks. Later
I get deja vus alot. I would forget about them but as soon as it happens I remember I dreamt about it before, it's crazy
Animorphs dreams for years and they all coincide with each other Been fighting this war against the yeerks since I was 7
