So, I've been waking up at the same exact time every night. It's been two days, I always end up waking up at exactly 2:40am. Whenever I try going back to sleep, I just end up getting a nightmare, then sleep paralysis. The nightmare would always be about a family member leaving, then this weird woman that looked half dead would be in the car with us, she would stare at me as I sit on the back seat, third row while she's in the 2nd row facing backwards while she looks at me, then suddenly attack. I'm scared, honestly. I've only been getting about 3-5hrs of sleep since the past 2 weeks due to projects, presentations, competitions, and exams. This should be my rest day since my exams will begin once more next week, but now this problem is killing me. I need **** sleep. I think this is a sign of insanity. But I'm too afraid to risk getting nightmares again. Is this a psycological or stress related issue? Is this a sign that hell wants me down there? I'm too young to die. Ps. I know I should talk to a psycologist about this, and I will, first thing in the morning. I just want to know your opinions on this.
 I'm serious about this. It's affecting my social life, and studies. I was sent for 3hrs detention today for passing out on Religion Class, I'm too tired to hang with friends.
I take zopiclone for my sleep issues as I had a similar problem that I'd get so sleep deprived that I'd end up with nightmares similar to that. Maybe you just have a lot on your mind? Mine was just a result of my anxiety disorder.
I will, but I'm extremely busy at the moment. I'm thinking of quitting, but then again, this helps me take some stress off my mind.
My friend also had this same problems.. he tried many things to get rid of the nightmares...likee keeping a knife under his pillow ,etc ..but now ... i dont want 2 scare u more
