 I've asked people to leave my thread if they're being off topic, or harassing. I've even asked friends to leave my threads for those reasons.

 

Some ppl have problems so they think its alright to abuse and bully ppl online not thinking that on the other end is someone just the same as them

Yes, forums is public, but players must abide by the ToU and RoC guess what that also states players have a right to ask anyone to leave their thread for derailing, bashing, taking it off-topic, or for harassment.
