I decided to have a little break before resuming with my growth, I restarted my phone only for the pimd notification to pop up asking me to select a username. I was shocked wondering what on earth happened, after several restarts my account is loaded but with the hacker creating an ata login for themselves. I was wondering if anyone else had been through a similar situation and as to whether or not they had any luck by getting back into there accounts or did support help recover any?
They advise not to give out your UDID, if you did that's probably how they intercepted your account. Otherwise, I've never been through that. Good luck!
How do you know a hacker got to it? Are there signs of activity on your old character? Maybe you forgot to link your account to something before you restarted your phone.
Mine did. A few days ago. the welcome screen was like the screen when you're joining pimd for the first time. It's asking me to create a new username/accnt.. i restarted my phone but it didn't work then i re-installed pimd and logged in using fb… and now it's working fine.. i think it was just a glitch in the system.
