So most people were pretty excited upon downloading iOS8. It's named the biggest software update in apple.. But is it also the worst? I've recently downloaded iOS8 and was horribly disappointed, to the fact that I just about cried. What took ages to request to download, then to download, then to go further and install led to the biggest disappointment. Some new features are pretty good, some are okay, and some make me want to write a very opinionated and aggressive email to apple. NO MORE CAMERA ROLL! The one album in my phone with all my items in the one area is now gone! Thankyou iOS8 This is definitely the most annoying and disappointing update Apple have made in my opinion. So to those that have downloaded iOS8, what are you thoughts about it? To those thinking of downloading, prepare to be disappointed.. Also, albumize every photo you have unless you want to organize them all date by date after your update
? No more camera roll!? That means I got to put each one of my 2k photos in freaking albums. I was starting to download it from iTunes coz I have no wifi at home, and when I do, I can't connect And I just stopped downloading it. If theres so much disappointment in iOS 8 then there's no reason to update is there? ?
my iphone went into recovery mode trying to update ios8 now it doesnt work gotta get a new one tomorrow?
No more camera roll! Instead there is a search feature, a recently added album, recently deleted album, you can favorite photos and a few other things but NO MORE CAMERA ROLL! Yeah I don't see a point for anyone really to update if they haven't already, iOS7 is far better in my opinion, I wish I could deupdate my phone!

To start. Camera roll is whatever. Honesty Idc about it. App sharing - I love this. Really amazing camera and editing - AGAIN a huge improvement. I love the added control with my pictures along with the time lapse which I'll be testing on my walk home tomorrow. Messaging when viewing the multitasking thing the messages at top is very handy for me but admittedly a bit strange. cloud didn't like having to sign up for cloud for some features really Control panel my home button doesn't work so I use assistive touch. The new control panel is fantastic. But.. sometimes I get a notification and because my assistive touch is at the top the notification stays there until I move the assistive touch which is frustrating. Overall I do like it. A lot.
I do hate the recently deleted pics..sometimes I might forget to delete stuff and that could be bad. the hey siri thing is also a cool new feature I'll be using a lot new autocorrect is slightly annoyin as if wants to capitalize the darnedest things leaving groups in messages. Finally
I heard the new, "Hey Siri" feature that's engaged while the iPhone is charging constantly records what you're saying. Will come in handy the next time the gubment raids Apple's data.
That's ridiculous. Let's imagine how many people use iPhones. Not counting iPods and iPads. I think 50 million is a very safe number. To constantly record 50 million people would require so much money. 50m • 24= 1.2b hours of data a day. A DAY. Even with software to pick out keywords you're looking at an impossible number of hours that would need to be reviewed. It would be such a huge undertaking that they wouldn't be able to secretly do it. And Apple has refused to release information while Google gives it away
