  5. Unless u mean on computer in that case its normal unplug it count to 30 seconds and start it up again

  18. What do you mean by it keeps on beeping? Is it a keyboard for a desktop computer?

  19. It is possible that it is a driver error. Turn on voice commands and figure your way to google with that and a mouse and find the driver for your comp and reinstall.
