Tsutomu Miyazaki Another serial killer that makes me mind boggled. He murdered 4 young girls after abducting them. He didn't have a high body count but what he did was absolutely atrocious. He was prematurely born which left him with deformed hands...which would later be a obsession for him in his murders. His four victims were between the ages of 4 and 7, he even drank the blood of one of his victims and ate part of her hand...he would sexually molest their corpses as well. After the murders he would sent the family letters recounting his murder of their family member. He would keep trophies, parts of their body, clothing, and take photographs both prior to death as well as after death. The media speculated that it was anime and slasher stuff that made him do it, he attributed his crimes to an alter ego of sorts called "rat man" but they deemed him capable of understanding the full scale of his crimes on trial. He was hanged as the sentence for his crimes.
