I did a Diva party for my daughter once. I had someone do hair, make up and nails then I gave each girl a mini photo shoot in the backyard and then did group ones. Party favors were easy to find a ton of girly things at the party store like lip gloss and nail polish. I made everyone a thank you favor with their individual photos I had taken at the party.

 

Games-you could do freeze dance...when everyone dances then freezes when the music stops. Or pin the smile on the OneDirectioner (or whatever little boy toy they're into).
