Need help

  1. Okey I had bad GPA junior year, and I'm goo to senior.[ I had 3D's in total from 9-11 grade]. Should I give up in going in to a university :(

    Should I even take the sat? If I do take it and do really good, do I have a chance in getting in to a university?
