Its probably just an eye strain headache hun. I live on my phone and get them every now and then. It helps to have a glass of water and depending on time of day meditation/nap or a sleep works wonders! I always nap my headaches away coz normal pain killers don't work on me which is annoying sometimes but yeah a nap or just laying there with your eyes closed will help it go away. Hope you feel better soon <3
