Hey guys I'm just gonna jump right into it. (also keep in mind I don't use forums often and don't know bb codes, sorry but bear with me and please stay on topic) Today I emailed support@athinkingape.com that it would be a cool idea for them to expand their gifting market to extra credits, avatars, doctors notes, and even propacks! They emailed back that they want to hear YOUR opinions on this, thats right they COULD ADD THIS FEATURE! The point of this would be for those who have a little extra cash that want to help their friends out can! It would be useful for a number of reasons such as; 1) Wars - lets say youre losing a war and you've used all the DN you can and your friend hasnt used any (maybe they cant afford it, maybe they dont have any left) you could go to their profile and pay for them to receive doctors notes thus they can get out of pin or even catch up/win the war by a few extra unloads! 2) Promotions - During promotions where you have to collect items for a reward at the end or even to get showcase items, you notice their falling behind so you give them a few DN's so they can reach their goal! 3) Extra credits being gifted to a friend would be cool because they could use it in any number of ways like buying ec items from the store, name changes, exchanging it for money for growth, or even use it to regen for promos or war as well! 4) Trading - lets say you have a few spare extra credits and you want a item during a hunt only able to receive from a drop from a party and you're not having luck getting it on your own, they send you the gift you send em a ec or two everyone wins! (could also be used as a trade for drop vollies or what ever) 5)Stat Bonuses - You're in a good mood and you feel like sending your friend a nice gift! You can now instead of just a 'franks tank' or store items that don't provide stat bonuses you could now send them ec's to buy items from the store or even one of the avatars from the store! These are a few of the many uses this ability could offer! It could be used as a tool for war or even to just help you club or friends out to further progress in the game! If you want to see this feature added show your support! They want to see if you guys are for this idea or not, I'd be excited to see this feature added and would definitely use it! So either provide feedback by saying you support it or not. (If its not positive don't just shoot it down say WHY you think its a bad idea or what you think could go wrong no idea was ever perfect and we need to see what could go wrong so we know what to fix!)
No support for gifting avatars. For dn and ec, I think it's a nice idea. It'd also be helpful if you have a friend who can't buy ec for whatever reason (I know that guy rehab the Aussie Red Sox or whatever couldn't).
I like the idea of being able to gift extra credits or doctors notes to those who are unable to afford them. Ata would be making money off of this (greedy apes seem to love money) and farming jobs does not seem to give many drops of ecs or dns for those who would like to make large purchases like avatars or store items quickly.
Yeah i support both gifting ec and dns. I also support gifting avatars because sometimes you don't always need the ones you have and it might put a smile on a friend's face who would like a new avatar
Definitely support!!! What an awesome idea! We could help each other while helping ATA make more money. It's a win-win!
Gifting DNs would of course be a problem because you can create a new character on a device and get 2-3 dn's by doing first jobs, and just gift them. Do not support for Doctors Notes, but I support gifting any extra credit.
No support. This is a good idea, only problem is there already to many other threads/ideas like these and if this camnto happen, it'd probably just lead to more/bigger scams from people.
