I broke two metacarpals in my left hand from football my sophomore year of high school football. This summer I completely tore my ACL and partially tore my MCL. Had surgery June 24th . 6 month recovery and just recently I started walking without crutches lol. Won't be able to play football this year because of it. Spending my senior year on the sidelines watching ?
The worst I've had is when I stretched my MCL to the point of tearing and then not even 3 months later crushing the muscle under my knee cap
Broke my nose 3 times wrestling in high school. Crushed my toe getting it run over at work by forklift. Broke my hand in three places punching. Still drove my manual truck home after that one
