Meal Plan

  1. Hello everyone, as you already know from the title I am looking for a meal plan.

    I work out and I am trying to gain size and I would like to eat clean. I will also be having a busy schedule in 2 weeks due to school and work. So I need some food that are quick and easy to prepare. If anyone has any ideas please post here or on my wall.

  6. Thats not the question.  I know I need carbs and protein. I need a meal plan.
     
  7. Extra large pizza with double pepperoni, four big slices of lasagna, six quesadillas and approximately twenty meatballs for dinner.
     
  8. If you don't know what a "Meal Plan" please refrain from commenting on here. You're only making yourself look bad.

  10. Eat white meat. Chicken/turkey/fish.
    For breakfast try eating a bowl of cereal or oatmeal with fruits and veggies.

  14. Just because people spend hours on this app doesn't mean they don't work out or eat healthy.
