Hello everyone, as you already know from the title I am looking for a meal plan. I work out and I am trying to gain size and I would like to eat clean. I will also be having a busy schedule in 2 weeks due to school and work. So I need some food that are quick and easy to prepare. If anyone has any ideas please post here or on my wall. Thank you.
Extra large pizza with double pepperoni, four big slices of lasagna, six quesadillas and approximately twenty meatballs for dinner.

Eat white meat. Chicken/turkey/fish. For breakfast try eating a bowl of cereal or oatmeal with fruits and veggies. Well that worked for my friend. Good luck!
