So everyone thinks the key to getting stone cold hard abs is just exercise and cutting out fatty foods....WRONG! Actually the fat in your food is necessary to quickly replenish lost strength. To counter that fat just guzzle 8 glasses of water a day.Nothing fat hates more then some good H2O.Another thing is protein. If you want that lean mean hard slab of meat on you belly protein in key! This diet consist of meats, cheeses, fruit, and vegetables.(Eggs and dark chocolate are fat burners too) Foods you dont want to consume is;Fish, rice, fries) and other starchy foods.Remember not to cut starch out of your diet completely or it will result in frequent diareah and indigestion pains.Protein shakes and bars are usefull too.Just remember this one last thing:Monitor Calorie Consumption(MCC)! 1400-1500 Calories a day Over 1500 you gain 1500 exact you dont change anything less than 1500 you lose #SadisticsDirtyLittleSecrets
You want to avoid straight protein if you're trying to get lean. Only for bulking. It will slow your metabolism.
?I didn't mean to click on this because ya know.. Thought Itd be something else.. But I like muscles
I don't normally post but this topic fits my suit. Only 1500 a day? That can't be right due to the fact everyone's metabolism, training style, height and age is different. You end up burning off more calories then you take in most likely if you're working out intensely and only taking in 1500 calories. To not include fish in a diet is ridiculous... tilapia, salmon or halibut are one of the best sources for protein and also contain essential amino fatty acids that are not only good for your brain but also are healthy fats that burn fat. Eggs are more along the lines of casein protein in which you only want the egg whites. Dark chocolate? For real?.... I've never heard anyone suggest dark chocolate. The amount of sugars, fats and carbs in it are not worth it, not healthy fats at all. You want actual fat burners like avocados, or flax seed...healthy fats. Or the supplement L-Carnitine. Even hot sauce, capsaicin is a great fat burner that's in all hot sauce. Your body needs more than 8 glasses of water, it needs near 1-2 gallons... My 2 cents️
I'm open to anything. I'll have to look into the dark chocolate thingnever heard of it though. you can have rice too, just small portions. White rice if you would like to make gains, or brown rice if you would like to cut down body needs carbs for energy while training, otherwise you start breaking down your own muscle.
