I think it started around April or May? Maybe a bit earlier or later, but it wasnt here in February, i know that for sure. And id say the only major difference was that before these two parties there were no b2b cat clubs and clubs would do a variety of parties instead of either parties that drop cats/bikinis or the cat/bikini parties.
There wasn't a mad scramble for useless items every second of the day. People didn't jump around from club to club as much. There were more wars, open merc and pwars. Farming inactives was the best way to make money
