Oh I live in Alaska and it depends on where you are in Alaska. By the coast it doesn't get that cold only like -10. But Fairbanks and north it can get really cold.

? hmm c4, ari is pretty dim. What would the lowest temp be in the coldest region of Alaska?

 

I have seen -60 but I'm sure it's hit -70 somewhere in Alaska. Then there's the wind chill to factor in...

It's pretty hard keeping your grades up. Mainly because everything can slip with in a week. You can have A's one week and after a week passes it can go down 
In High School for me keeping up my grades wasn't all that bad because in the end I still ended up doing my work. It's just something you have to get used to unfortunately.
Now as I am in College I have to say its a massive challenge to have actual good grades ? to me a B is good enough.
Just make sure you don't screw up in college especially if your planning to start right after high school because in College all that matters is your GPA
