UPDATE When Billy was thrown down in front of Mr. ATA, he shivered in fright. But Mr.ATA decided that billy could stay, and adjusted his contracts for the city. Billy was so excited, he started calling friends. And those friends called friends. And eventually hundreds of underage children were flooding the city gates,screaming.... "-Takes Of Shirt And Flexes Abs-!" Or "Looking for gf! Must be -13" The Moderators however didn't like this and caught and Silenced every little kid they could. Everyone knew about them, yet no one ever explained their anger at this corruption of their once beautiful city. Until Mr. ATA Brung beach parties, everyone was quiet. But when the parties started, the OG citizens Of Pimd Like Kaname , were furious. And their anger built to the point of no return. At the public announcement of the parties, all hell broke loose. The OG citizens REBELLED against Mr. ATA and hit him with cold evidence of his change in the documents. They bombarded him fast, he couldn't even keep up. While the 13 year olds were at the beach playing with each others BALLS and WEENIES...spilling SPERMY in the sand...and baring their OCTOPUSSIES to all...the og's and Mr. ATA were at war.
