So I shot an email off to ATA asking to be unsilenced. And yeah immediately closed my case. Double Fucking standard. Riduculous. I hope ATA sees this.
I had "Login Disabled" twice before. Email support then get some reply, after few days, this "Case Klosed" email come, after another few few days, that "Login Disabled" gone. Lucky me.
They said they wouldn't unsilence me. I asked them how they deemed it appropriate if ATA can use references themselves. I'm waiting on a reply.
