Start with little things. Start by smiling at every stranger you see, start waving or saying hello to people you normally wouldn't. Smile at yourself in the mirror. If you're standing next to a stranger, start a little conversation. Start saying yes, don't ever turn things down. There are an infinite amount of tries with these little things, so it doesn't matter if you mess up. Just keep going.
It's awkward at first, but that's the point. Kind of like how you might feel awkward lifting tiny weights and sweating like crazy in a gym full of body builders. You're building up those "muscles", you'll catch up to them if you keep at it.
Retail isn't your place if you can't talk to people. Just saying. You'll struggle heaps in life if you can't communicate. Seek professional help.. Unless you can't talk to them either..
Ouch.Okay.I am struggling. That's why Im tryna seek help from you guys.At least there is no eye contact that would make me feel uncomfortable when stating my problems. Thanks for willing to help me.I'll try to do the best when everyone of you are here.Or I'm there.
I don't like this kind of job.But I have to do the best in whatever I do.At least I've gained some experiences. Thanks for all
Just don't care. Once you no longer care then you will be confident. At the end of the day, you don't know these people and you will probably never see them again.
Really, seek professional help, there's no use asking people on a game.. Trust me. If you can't do that then find a different job. Melon is right
? I gain my self-esteem after I met a two timing bitch in highschool after that the fucks I give are at 0 ? true way to high self-esteem is to not give a fuck and keep your head up
I got nervous when I give back their balance . Thanks guys, its quite lot of sales today . Nahh , its only about 60$++ . *nervous mode*
Why don't you get off your phone and do your job? If it's honestly that bad then find a new job. Simple solution.
I know exactly how it feels to be nervous. Trust me, my job involves nerves 24/7. But honestly if it's a real problem and never fixes itself then find something new. It's just not for you. Hey that rhymed! ^
Stressed out by my thread ? Okay . Sorry . Thanks for your advices and guides . Two more days and I'm outta this place
