Well, im a christian. But its not cool how alot of religions try and push people to belive in whatever they believe. Coming to Christ is a choice one has to make themselves
Drugs will cause side effects like disillusion, and that will cause harm and endanger the society. That makes it not okay.
People can't have true freedom to do what they please as it leads to crime etc. You only have to look at the US' stance on guns to realise giving people the right to anything they please isn't a great idea. Throw in drugs and religion and you have one messed up planet.
A lot of people don't realize that fancy medical drugs often have another name, a much more "illegal" sounding name. Ignoring the rare instances, there are no bad or good drugs. Only how they are used is what labels it as good or bad. What's considered bad depends on many things. Location, culture, and so on. People have always used drugs for religion, some for fun, some for medical. In my opinion, as long as it doesn't negatively affect you or the people around you, they are fine. As for religion, different messenger, same message. People like to ignore the main point and start wars over little details that shouldn't matter at all. Generally the saying "treat others as you would like to be treated" fits all religions in their original form. Freedom, freedom is tricky and turns more into a philosophical subject. I guess I don't know enough about it to have my own opinion, I've tried.
