I see lots of noobs on campus with grey names that are highly overpriced and don't have much stats for example most of them are 1-2bills and have like 2kcs or lower. What's up with that I mean aren't 250mill tuts supposed to be 5kcs? just wondering is it the lack of people actually bothering and guiding them properly? Or is it the overflow of money from cc that made people not care if tut overpriced or no? Or is it just that noobs these days are lazy? just wondering ?
Cc, too much money to determine what right priced is now once new levels come out hopefully the market will settle but right now its messed up ?
Same problem as before, noobs don't listen or the person volleying doesn't explain how to upgrade. Just now they have a different colour name so they stand out
When people see someone with a gray name,they say to themselves,"Oh look a new person I wanna own em! Let's see how high they can go price wise! Maybe they will be a role player and not want to play,let's just get them to a high price.They wanna learn to play? I don't even care." That is what many say to themselves
And some noobs just don't wanna upgrade. It's not that complicated. Even you start with the first tier eventually you're gonna think hey why don't kick out some of these and get the next tier. And then you just upgrade them to level 4. Upgrading isn't rocket science and what you put in doesn't really matter til you get to like T5 or T6 then you can decide how you want your stats to turn out. Noobs that wanna grow will grow. Noobs that want help will receive it.
New volley price is straight to 1B. I was entirely baffled by it as well. Sadly I don't think I'm a very good pupil, as all my tuts quit within the first day.
Legit it makes me mad because my main looks for tutors and people fucking op them like crazy....I am an alt so yeah I'm extremely op but that's how everyone wanted me to be,especially because I rarely will Ug as this account is to help rather than do stuff.but those people who are super op and wanna learn but their pupil won't help them,I feel so bad for them.

I was just about to speak on this,, it only takes less than a regen time to explain to a new player. 6 jocks 6 hackers all upgrade to level 4, and to continue saving to open new rooms.
It's the price not stat that increases your plunder stats are good for wars so if a player parties and not wars. They simply do not care
267 mil =5k cs YOU WERE CLOSE! ? good observation Around 600-700 mil they can afford 5.9k cs And somewhere between 1-2 bil they can afford 6.6k cs I can list what it SHOULD BE for you if you want The reason the noob on the previous page said "1 bil per 2k stats" is because of the RP noobs. They never care to upgrade properly so by coincidence they ended up being like that. So, because that was so common among those RP noobs who never upgrade, it confused the market people. Market noobs got confused and well... Dah taaaahhhh We can also blame DV's for the current state of the market
