  7. To the left is called Egg plant curry.
It is famous as side dish for Briyani(chicken/lamb/beef/any meat??)
    Procedure to make
    1. Make the egg plants cut into 4 pieces (make sure it's medium/large sized)
    2. Use tomato purie or Raw tomatoes small sliced (2)
    3. Roast peanuts and sesame seeds in a separate frying pan without any oils.
    4. Chop onions and start frying it in a big pan with any cooking oil
    5. Add salt( for taste)
    6. Add cumin seeds powder while the onions turn slight brownish color.
    7. Add turmeric powder [yellow powder] (1/2 tbsp)
    8. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and pepper balls in it
    9. Add ginger and garlic paste grind (let it be a pasty) (optional for non Asians: add red chilli powder and garam masala) Asians and Indians ofcourse add it for spicy
    10. Add tomatoes now after 5-6 minutes of the pasty onions with other spicy ingredients
    11. Use tamarind paste or raw tamarind soaked in hot water (extract the raw tamarind out and throw away) and add it to the paste
    12. Now it will look little bit of watery food substance but originally it's state will be colloidal or semi-liquid state.
    13. Add amount of water to make it watery rather than being more colloidal and then add chopped egg plants and roasted peanuts with sesame seeds in the semi-colloidal food substance.
    14. (Optional) add water till u get colloidal like in the picture. 

Chicken dum Briyani to your right

It's very famous Persian food. But it is quite famous in southern part of India when the Mughal emperors where part of India long ago. But coming to the point I'll explain how to make a spicy yum yum chicken dum Briyani?
    4 things to remember
    1. Marinated chicken
    2. Partially cooked basmati rice
    3. Fried onions in Indian spices
    4. Little bittttt of saffron
    Procedure:
    1. For marinating:- yoghurt/curd in a medium sized bowl; chop green chillies into small pieces; add ginger garlic paste; add turmeric powder [yellow powder]; add coriander powder; add chopped coriander leaves as well; add mint leaves; add juice of one full lemon; add salt for taste
    2. Briyani powder:- take 8 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cardamoms, 3/4 gram cumins, few amount of black pepper corns and make it grind and keep it aside as powder of all spices
    3. Basmati rice:- 4 cups of basmati rice for 5-6 people app.; 6 cloves, 3 cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick, 2-3 bay leaves, few mint leaves, 1 big tbsp oil, and water will be 6 cups. Cup should be same❗️
?Now marinate the cleaned spices added chicken along with Briyani masala for minimum of 2 hours.
?cook the rice partially and then take it and spread the added spices with partially cooked basmati rice in a large widen plate and allow it to cool
?add 1 tbsp oil and butter in a small vessel and add the long sliced onions and fry it in less heat till 5 mins and make it brownish color and remove it aside
?add little saffron into warm milk (1/2 cup) and stir well and the cup should be same that u used for rice and water
?add more 3 tbsp oil into a big 10 ltrs vessel and add the marinated chicken and spread out over the vessel and then cook on little high heat not max and add little more oil spray on the chicken and reduce the flame now to one point to more than sim
?now add that cooked rice and spread over the top later of chicken and sprinkle the coriander leaves, butter 1 tbsp and add the brownish onions and spread it and add the saffron milk over the top and then repeat the process once again. Add remaining rice?Coriander?Butter?Brownish onions? And saffron milk
?now place the lid on the vessel and close it and very important thing is to seal the edges with wheat dough(very small amount) or u can use aluminum foil inside the lid and close tightly so that the evaporation won't come out and put a heavy weight on top of the vessel! PLEASE PUT THE HEAT TO VERYYYYY LOWWW HEAT and wait for 25-40 minutes it depends and then remove the lid and combine gently and serve it hot with ?

  18. New pic ! I call this for "Phoenix egg rolls" and orginally from Vietnam!
The decoration is quite complicated and you need to have special knives to form the phoenix! But the egg rolls are quite simple to make because you just need to put marinated minced meat, carrot and green bean inside a very thin omelett then roll it :)! Afterwards just need to slice it like in the picture!
